EXCELLENT VALUE and LOCATION
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, excellent value for money , nice neat buffet system breakfast, beautiful wooden furniture in the rooms. Location is best , is near everything , right in front of the grand bazar and few mins walk to Osamn Gazi Tomb amazing stay and just outside the hotel is the taxi stand , so easy transport too , they also allowed me to keep my luggage in reception both times when I came earlier than check in time and when I had to go shopping after check out time and helped with luggage too, I loved my stay at Bursa, kind people , thank you so much for everything!!!

Kötü deneyim.
Maalesef kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. 2 kez uyarmama rağmen havalandırmayı sabah 04:00'e kadar kapatmadılar. Merkeziymiş. Ama hem sesten ötürü hem de soğuk üflemesi uykumdan etti. Yatak konforu çok kötü. Yan yatmak imkansız. Banyo küf kokuyordu. Sabah kahvaltısında taze ile bayat ekmek karıştırılıp servis edildi. Tek iyi yanı merkezde olması.

Otelin konumu çok güzel . Çarşının içinde arabasız heryere gidebilirsiniz. Otel temizdi sürekli temizleyen kadınlar var. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde çeşit gayet yeterli . Bizim odamızda dışardan çok ses geliyordu söyledik değiştirdiler. Bebek vardı üşüyor dedik UFO verdiler. Gerçekten çok ilgililer . Ben birdaha gelirsem yine kalırım . Memnun kaldım teşekkür ederim ❤️

2 ve 4 yaşında çocuklarım ve eşimle konakladık. odamızdaki yatak sayısı ve rahatlığı güzeldi, herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Otelin konumu çok çok iyi, Ulu Cami ile arasında sadece 50 metre var. tüm gezilecek yerler yürüme mesafede..

MAGNIFIQUE
Cette hôtel est magique et magnifique, extremement bien situé, a 2mn à pied de la grande mosquée de bursa/koza han/le marché, 10mn a pied des tombeaux et tour de l horloge, tramway/metro a proximité. L hôtel en lui même est tres beau a regarder de l exterieur comme de l interieur, un air de l empire ottoman dans la décoration. La chambre est grande, agreable, propre, assez confortable, silencieux. Personnel souriant, bienveillant et parlant même francais (extremement rare en turquie). Equipe adorable. Je recommande absolument et prochain voyage a Bursa je reprendrai cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Vasat bir otel! Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum kendinize bu eziyeti yapmayın! Otele vardık bizim odayı başkasına verip bize az yataklı odayı verdiler ( 3 kişiyiz fakat 2 büyük yatak istemiştik!). Bir özür dahi dilemedikleri gibi kendilerini haklı görüp üste çıkmaya çalıştılar. Banyo kıl doluydu! Kahvaltısı ve odalarıfa işçileri gibi rezalet. Hepsi suratsız ve hatalarını kabul etmeyen tipler! it was a good experiance comparing to the price I paid, nice location, nice food quality, and clean. there were slightly issues I has faced such as there is no soundproof wall, it was really sucks, I could hear everything next room. there were not much services at the room itself, such as slipper, and spoon for tea. there were no parking place for the car so I had to park it at the street. Overall, I would do this experience again if I were paying the same price, the issues I faced didn't bother me much to be honest.
