"My son and I had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff are really helpful and friendly, whether it be checkin checkout, restaurant, spa, the odd cleaner about..all were always smiling and happy to help. We cant wait to stay again!! One thing id like to put in however is the pool area needs some maintenance. The pool itself is lovely but the railing to enter the pool at the far side is very loose and shaky and one bolt very close to coming out. Gave it a go but it wouldnt turn. Also at the near end next to a floor vent of the pool is a hole about 4 inches by 4 n roughny what felt like a good half of an inch deep and quite sharp if your feet hit it the wrong way. To me, these things are minor but some people may complain. We will be back as soon as possible regardless..just wanted to let you know. My autistic son didnt want me to say anything at the time as it embarrasses him. The facilities overall are fantastic and the rooms spacious clean and lovely. "I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. I even used the pool which had a lift for disabled folks to get in/out. Had a great stay and a great time. Lovely friendly people and very helpful. My wife even pulled the bathroom emergency response by accident (looking for the bathroom light switch in the dark) and there were 2 staff members at my room inside 2 minutes to check on me. They weren't even annoyed, just happy nothing was wrong. They even had me fill out a form at check-in to address the plan in case of emergency/fire procedures when elevators would be shutdown. We agreed a plan and i got a say and signed it. I was very impressed with the whole setup. Would definitely stay again in the future. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus :-) "

"This is wonderful property very convenient to Bristol airport (so on the flight path, some flight noise in the morning). Beautiful building on a gorgeous property. Staff were friendly (well most of them) The room was nicely laid out, bed comfortable, great pillows & bedding. Breakfast was amazing! "

"Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, "

"The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before we left, but we were given a discount on our bill. The pool facilities were fab, very clean and lots of options like a hot tub, sauna and steam room! Plus, there were plenty of fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was fresh, varied and all allergens identified which was great as our daughter can’t have milk. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and smiley which makes all the difference! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone."
