Beautiful rooms and surroundings. Loved having access to the gym and spa facilities and the breakfast served at the onsite cafe was great value and good! Will definitely plan a return visit.
What a fabulous property with amenities on site to satisfy any palette in the beautiful Café!
There is also a fantastic spa and the tranquillity is marvellous!!!
To top it off views of the water in the distance make this very special indeed!!
Phenomenal venue in a beautiful secluded location. Rooms were extremely well presented, clean and finished to an extremely high standard with great access to on-site gym and hot tub. Local amenities easily accessible (but you will need a car) and on-site staff all very friendly and helpful.
A wonderful place to stay. So peaceful, clean and comfortable. Really warm and clean. It has everything we needed. The dog walks nearby were great and we loved the spa. We got Indian delivered one night too. We'll be back!
Perfect place for a total chill out. Excellent walking routes down to the marina & local area. Dogs have their own cafe & staff make them so welcome that Rosie our Cockerpoo did not want to leave.
This place is brilliant and frustrating... it is very remote and in a rural farm setting...
The converted barns are clean and finished to a good standard.
The on site gym and spa are amazing.. really good.
The frustrating part is the confirmation process.. i booked on hotels.com and received a confirmation of payment and booking. However i then received emails asking me to upload photos of my passport and cedit card! I dont know this company and felt uncomfortable sharing this.
Also to book the gym you have to download an app.. again i could not do this.
In both instances they took details over the phone.
They have a cafe on site but this opens at 9am and closes at 5pm. If you are in a single barn room, there is no facility to prepare breakfast, so if you need to leave early, you cant have breakfast.
it is a lovely place, but i am not sure i would stay again for business... i would stay for leisure
Loved our stay at your beautiful barns, the food in the cafe was brilliant the use of spa and hot tub a great little extra! Also loved how dog friendly it was. Perfect location as we were visiting for a wedding. Would definitely return thank you so much 😊

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
The images on the page do not represent the experience of the venue. Everything was closed and no reception felt impersonal. The Lavendar Room was like a sauna, even after turning off the radiator and opening windows, to the extent that I had to sleep in my car rather than the room whilst my wife stayed in the room. The lack of person contact was disappointing. The venue seems suitable and is probably great as a wedding venue with accommodation attached, but not for a separate hotel stay. Very expensive for the stay vs the quality.

Lovely staff x great location x enjoyed our stay x
We liked the location for its quietness and the spaces for walking away from traffic. We didn’t like the amount of cobwebs which were clearly visible mainly around the upstairs property.
This was great all round. For us a little high on the price side, but worth every penny. The staff are great both on the premises AND in the adjoining parlour cafe. We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are large, the barns are great with TVs, books, DVDs, fully kitchen and utensils etc. The bed was fantastic, slept better here than at home. We will be going back, as its also close to railway stations with a short car ride etc. You really need to rent a car to exoerience this facility along with spa and gym as its out in tbe sticks which is nice.
Beautiful converted barns they have thought of everything for a self catering break lovely location will certainly use again spa and gym with various treatments available wish id taken my swim suit to use these facilities really spacious i loved it
