Great little motel right on route 7. Super clean and comfortable. And don't forget to have breakfast at the Dutch Mill next door, awsome.

I was coming a long way, arriving late. The owner made sure it was a smooth check in. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. I was even allowed to sit in the T-Bird.

Le motel est très bien entretenu et le monsieur à l'accueil était très gentil. Notre chambre était côté rue et c'était un peu bruyant. Déco très minimaliste et un peu désuète.

Very pleasant stay. Basic facilities that are nice and clean. Quiet at night but There is street noise during the day. If you want a more quiet stay ask for a room in the back.

Amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing and clean! Super quaint and comfortable only 20 minutes from downtown. This is a perfect place for touring musicians such as myself. The only “complaint” is that the included breakfast isn’t actually a full breakfast. The voucher is for the restaurant next door (Which is fantastic) — but it isn’t for a “continental breakfast” as listed on the coupon, rather it is for a cup of coffee, juice, and an English muffin. Not a big deal, but don’t expect a full free breakfast with your stay.

Very clean older motel with limited services

Older motel, very clean and well maintained, small room, road noise, but ear plugs provided in room! Definitely a first for me. Dissapointing TV service allows only a couple channels, plus infochannels and pay oer view. Very limited continental breakfast coupons provided for neighboring restaurant, consisting of coffee, oj, and choice of toast or english muffin only, with no exceptions printed on coupon. Good breakfast available at extra cost though. In my opinion, at $180.00 for room, should at least provide a complimentary breakfast. Overall, very clean room with minimal services.

Great little stay out of the busy district. It has friendly staff. No coffee or snack machines and nothing is in walking distance. Tip:call the hotel directly to get a cheaper rate that third party booking. We could have saved 25.00 per night calling them direct.

The appearance of the room was about what you’d expect for this type of motel, but what it lacked in style it certainly made up for in cleanliness and friendliness. They also provided high-quality toiletries. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Nice and convenient

Old school motel right off Route 7. Everyone very nice and helpful. I couldn’t say it was fabulous cause furnishings dated (but clean) and the price was too high but everywhere is high around Burlington this time of year.

This is a good and convenient spot for a motel in Vermont a bit south of Burlington. The Dutch Mill restaurant a short walk away served an excellent breakfast. Other conveniences are not close by.
