My only complaint was with the heating system. It's gas-fired and in a locked closet off the kitchenette. When it goes off and on, it is noisy, like any gas furnace. But it is not terrible. The bed was very comfortable, lots of hot water, the room was very clean, and nice, thick towels.

The complex was very neat and clean. The breakfast was great with a magical pancake maker. The woman who worked in providing the breakfast was very helpful, and I noticed that she went out of her way to make some breakfast options for a couple of individuals who were a couple of minutes late. Well done.

When we arrived the host said we didn’t have reservations, had to show proof. The room had a nice bed, kitchen floor had not been mopped. The shower had foul water standing in it. We were afraid to shower. We only spent one night. The breakfast was fair. The breakfast host as very helpful and pleasant. Would not stay there again.

I needed to cook cook for a family reunion. I chose to stay here because of the cooking facilities and large fridge. Usually they have the badics, a cooking pot, a skillet and a strainer. Nope, we looked. If you pay for a kitchen, please supply the basics. Thank you. People were friendly, everything else was fine.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Sonesta. All of the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good - eggs, pancakes, toast, hash browns, etc. Room had a full size fridge with freezer and microwave. The room was surprisingly quiet. The building is a little run down, but overall this place was great!
