"Not easy to find where to go and get the shuttle bus, also that you need to call the driver for a pickup. Thanks google for that, otherwise we’d have waited longer to get from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is pretty basic, nothing fancy, just what you need for a one night stay. Airsuckion system in the bathroom makes lots of noise and is connected with the light, so during the night you’d need to use your phone if you don’t want to up your family. Breakfast was ok To get to the airport the receptionist helped us in arringing the shuttle bus. Shuttle bus runs every 40 min approx to the airport and seats are limited so reserve your spot! "

"Got in late after a flight from Costa Rica, the front desk attendant was super friendly and very knowledgeable for questions we asked. The room we book got upgraded which was a nice surprise. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection and even fresh baked pastries . Their shuttle driver was kind an friendly an got us to and from Pearson safely. "
