"We did not need the laundry, but new appliances were in the basement available for use. It is a fairly secluded location, with 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds), living room , full bath with shower only, kitchen and small eating area for 4. There is a front deck with seating for 4 with table, and an outdoor firepit. Walmart superstore within a mile that has eveything you may forget to bring! :)"

"Had a wonderful time away with a men’s group. The house has charm and great flow with ample space for both meetings and solo reflection. Two high end fridges made it easy to store plenty of food. Lots of space for parking and an easy drive to the beach. Hosts were thoughtful and responsive. Overall great bang for the buck. "

"House was clean and well appointed. It is conveniently located to all major activities. Outside seating, fire pit and hot tub were great to have. Check in was a breeze. There are several places in the house to gather in groups."

"So happy as an annual visitor to the area to see new life breathed into this historic inn. Stayed in the more modern section in updated rooms with pastel beach colors, AC , ceiling fan and tv. The restaurant served delicious food , and the service is warm and welcoming. Only wish there had been a mini fridge or a common guest fridge since there was no where to bring any leftovers from dinner. Coolers with ice are available but not really practical for bringing anything along for a breakfast since none is served and there’s nothing within walking distance. Would definitely stay again however. A great addition for lodging that is more upscale than what is otherwise available in the area if not renting a beach house "

"This is our SIXTH stay at Paula and Ron's home. It is our second home near Misquamicut beach. We always have a wonderful time: dinner at the Charlestown Rathskeller, walking on the beach, family meals, a hot tub soak, foosball tournament, bowling, roller skating, visiting friends, Yahtzee, Tock game, an 18th birthday, Ticket to Ride, tennis, running....and, of course, so much more! Thank you, Paula and Ron!"

"Great proximity to where we needed to go. Clean property. Very spacious and supplied everything you could need. Beautiful decor and quiet neighborhood. Yard was a plus as we needed to travel with our 11 lb maltipoo. Would definitely rent again!"

"Booked stay for my Birthday and July 4th weekend near parents in Westerly, RI with spouse and kids. Great location and all amenities needed. Cooked and ate outside and enjoyed the view of the pond, ocean, and Block Island. Will come back. "
