Beautifully updated Burkes Beach home with elevator and private pool

"We had the most wonderful stay at this rental. It’s hard to know where to begin because everything was just right. The home was exactly as described- clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with cozy accommodations that made it perfect for our group of multiple families.The location was ideal. We loved having easy access to a quieter part of the beach, and the shuttle service was incredibly convenient. (Patti, the driver, was incredible!) We never had to wait more than a few minutes, and the walk or bike ride to the beach was just as enjoyable. Being so close to Shelter Cove gave us everything we needed without the crowds.The pool and garage were also great amenities to have, and we were so thankful for both. The pool was a relaxing spot for the whole family, and having access to the garage made storing bikes and beach gear a breeze.The host was incredibly responsive before check-in, and everything during our stay went so smoothly that we never had to reach out. Still, it was clear that if we had needed anything, it would have been taken care of quickly. We would absolutely rent this home again and recommend it without hesitation."

"Communication leading up to our stay was fantastic. We received several emails with information we'd need ahead of time to plan/prepare for our trip. The villa was pretty clean (a bit of sand on the floors, a few items left behind dressers, and some of the owners (we assume) items in the guest bedroom closet). The fridge was immaculate. The dishwasher had black mold inside of it. It had been run prior to our arrival, but we chose not to use it because of the mold. The villa provided plenty of space for our family of six to eat, sleep, and relax inside of. We were thankful that there was plenty of ice already made in the freezer for us to use, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils for us to use. We prepared all of our meals while there, so we appreciated being set up well for that. (My only suggestion is to have a knife that can work through a watermelon - there were plenty of serrated ones, but not a good ol' sharp guy in there.)Location of the villa is outstanding. There are four buildings, and this villa is the closest to the boardwalk. Parking was plentiful near our villa (We appreciated specific spaces for loading/unloading - awesome idea!). The storage space for the beach items was SO close to the boardwalk - prime location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub in building three and the pickleball courts. The walk was fine to those, and there is a way to get to them through all the buildings."
