"From the start to the end of our stay, everything was excellent. We arrived a few hours early but the front of staff was very accommodating and provided us with our room before hand. The amenities and location were great and would recommend it for those wanting to explore the city"

"The staff were brilliant here. Organised a surprise for my mother in law’s birthday and kept in touch with me to make sure it went smoothly. The reception staff were brilliant at check in. The cleaning staff were so lovely too and made a very nice towel flower for my daughter. The spa was so relaxing too and the breakfast was delicious. Only thing i’d say at breakfast is that sometimes the staff would forget your order/bring out the wrong thing but they did try to fix it most times. Thank you so much and can’t wait to come back "
