She provided great information and told us we were all set. We arrived by train and were allowed to check in early. The check in process was easy, loads of helpful information was provided. "Really nice , modern hotel. Well maintained and cool reception area. Lovely welcome from staff on arrival and friendly service throughout our stay. Room was a decent size and nice bathroom with great shower. Nicely air conditioned room in what was a hot week. Breakfast options were limited but adequate for us. Good WiFi and free parking which was plentiful. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and it’s a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was not staffed when we arrived at normal check in time. In fact we were alerted to our key by another guest and didn't see hotel staff until next morning. The hotel itself was nice but our entry in to it was weird. The breakfast next morning was good. The hotel was not airconditioned and the overnight temperature was 25C. There was a small floor fan but it was a hot night. Great location and in normal circumstances would be a good hotel to stay at. "

"This hotel location was excellent, very convenient to everything you need in Rudesheim. The staff there was amazing and extremely helpful. They arranged a large taxi on short notice for our group of 5 traveling all the way back to the Frankfurt Main train station. A wonderful stay overall, will be back."

"Wir hatten eine Übernachtung gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr groß. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen Balkon nach hinten Richtung Straße und einen tollen Blick auf die Weinberge. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hatten für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker....
