The front desk staff was consistently friendly and professional, and my room was spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the three restaurants located at the hotel, with The Lemon restaurant being a favorite due to its excellent food and spectacular rooftop view of Vienna. The selection for both breakfast and dinner perfectly suited to my taste. The location of the hotel is truly hard to beat: 5-15 min walk distance to the Opera and Kärntner Str. I would return to Hotel Grand Ferdinand without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone. "

"Very good hotel, 15 minute walk to opera, museums, concert halls, etc. Great breakfast. Room was comfortable. Bed was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was pretty dark, and even the hallway often only had the presence (emergency?) lights on. Still, a minor thing, and I would likely stay again. "
