"Enjoyed our stay in this top floor apartment. Nice balcony and view, full kitchen, clean recent reno bathroom. Primary bedroom was nice but second bed is behind a short wall in the living area, so not private. Communication with manager could have been more consistent, with no message leading up to the rental with check in details, that is pretty standard. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Warum ich einen Stern weniger vergeben hab, ist die fehlende Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter wĂŒrde man gerne abends bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung rosenrot verfĂŒgt ĂŒber keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Deswegen wĂŒrde ich beim nĂ€chsten Mal eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten. Ich bin bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen."

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzĂŒgig. Florian ist ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer fĂŒr einen netten Austausch da. Mit seinem guten Geschmack hat er die Wohnung so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was gebraucht wird. Sogar ein Fahrrad um kurz in die Stadt zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. "Umgebung Top! Unterkunft lĂ€sst nahezu nichts vermissen. Lage direkt an der Straße. Daher kanns auch mal lauter sein. Aber man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Einkehrmöglichkeiten direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Außerdem finden wir die GĂ€stekarte top. Bus und Bergbahnen sowie die SchwimmbĂ€der inklusive.
