"Very cozy place"

"Tidy and clean place tucked in off ocean drive, great location. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working downstairs (we were notified of this on the day of arrival) and this would not have been an issue (lovely ocean breeze) if we could get all the windows open... which we could not ( some just not all). Other than that. Cute court yard. parking for 3 cars if you need. Worth a stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay unfortunately it was during a heat wave and only having 1 aircon we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open. Very close to shops, bar and beach. Very good communication with the property management. Our fur babiy loved the yard. I would recommend this for a family with kids. It’s old but had everything we needed. "

"Having just had a wonderful apartment experience (2 couples) in Mandurah we were underwhelmed with this accommodation. It is in need of maintenance and we would not recommend it or revisit. Cobwebs over the front door and all around the garage. A dirty front door, and weeds in the paving to the door. Family room globe in 1 of the lights blown and reported (no acknowledgement). Family room blinds opened but would not reclose (reported no acknowledgement) and I don't think the cords are child...

"Good location, easy to get to. Heating system was ok. Warm bedding. However, pricey for the very basic facilities. Lounge seating really suitable for only one person to watch TV, stove top very poor and did not work well, took ages just to cook eggs for breakfast!!. Shower and bathroom very limited space. Very tricky to get in and out of driveway. "
