A fantastic cottage in a great location!
Very well presented, styled and kitted out beach cottage. Easy walking distance to everything Elliott Heads has to offer. Nice easy walk for a surf in the morning and afternoon! Great deck, for relaxing. Brendan was a great host. Very responsive (not that we had any issues). Highly recommend this place when you're ready for an Elliott Heads break.

Perfect home away from home
What a beautiful home to stay in. The location is ideal being so close to the beautiful Elliott Heads beach and river. We love the decor and comfy beds and furnishings. Being able to bring our dog meant we could fully relax knowing our fur baby was safe and happy with us. The patio is lovely to sit on and enjoy a BBQ or read a book. We loved the rock pools as well. Rain, hail or shine, this is a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed venturing out sightseeing and discovering the many beautiful beaches and national parks nearby. Shopping was a breeze with Bundaberg being so close and convenient. We will definitely be back. Our host Brendan was more than obliging, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and trouble free stay. We will definitely be back and hope it is sooner rather than later.

Disgraceful the host has a screw loose
“I am utterly dismayed and compelled to share a stark warning about my recent experience with this property’s host. It was an absolute nightmare! The host’s behavior crossed all bounds of decency, bombarding me with a relentless torrent of messages, day and night, each one more unsettling and intrusive than the last. This unrelenting harassment cast a dark shadow over my entire stay, turning what should have been a peaceful retreat into a distressing ordeal. I implore you to heed my advice: avoid this property at all costs, lest you find yourself trapped in a similar, harrowing saga.”

Hi Adrian Mastronardo, I was saddened to receive your review. We did everything to accommodate your requests. Its our family beach house and we want everyone to enjoy it like we do. We provided you with the details to check in early on your booked arrival date as there was no one booked in the night before. We do that for everyone. You chose to arrive at the property on that day instead of the day you had booked and proceeded to enter it and stay the night. After that you requested a full refund for your stay and advised me you wanted to sell the furniture on the house on Facebook Marketplace. Anyway, now I receive this review. I advised the Qld Police previously and have advised VRBO as well. It's not good getting a one star review but I am sure we will be ok. Best of luck Adrian and for any potential clients wanting to book our policy is still that we don't do trespassing. Anyway the place is great, and we have lots of happy reviews. A welcome sea breeze
A comfortable and cute cottage with a great outdoor deck that captures the sea breeze on the hot summer days. The cottage provided all the necessities for a laid back summer holiday. A/C and fans in all the rooms making it comfortable. Walking distance to a patrolled beach and the rock pools. A comfortable home for a family get together lounging and dining on the back deck. A very pleasant say.

The Beach House First Time Air B&B
Everything you could need was there from a potato masher,oil, salt and a cricket set. Beautiful Beach House in a beautiful community. Best spot for kids, beach is right there and huge space for sport and games all visible from the back veranda. Big comfy beds with luxury linen, huge yard for the dogs including balls to throw and beds, everyone felt right at home, so we could just soak up family and make memories. We will be back soon!!!!

Location location location
Lovely little shack that accommodated my family perfectly for our 4 might stay over Easter. Perfectly located a short walking distance from the best beach on the Bundaberg coastline and very convenient for launching a boat to go fishing. I loved the stay so much I have started looking around for similar properties in the area to purchase as a holiday home.

Great beach getaway house
Extremely comfortable and well presented house in a great location. The house is well furnished, with an open deck and private backyard. Only a couple of minutes walk to both the beach and river. A tip: bring some insect repellant if you're planning to be outside.

Great place and perfect, quiet spot
From booking, Brendan’s communication was excellent. He was friendly, making sure everything was looked after. He couldn’t have been more helpful. The place was a perfect spot for some rest and relaxation. Clean, well equipped, wifi, fully fenced yard for the dog and within walking distance from the beach and river. Elliot Heads was just what we were after - quiet, unspoilt and away from the crowds. We will definitely be back.

A great little holiday house.
Property owner very helpful. Arranged early checkin and late checkout. All beds very comfortable. Supurb washing and refrigeration facilities. Well stocked kitchen with utensils. Clean barbeque with good outdoor settings. And the desk with monitor was very welcome for 1 guest working from home. A great inclusion. Highly recommended as in a great location near the beach.

Brilliant stay at Elliott Heads
We had a brilliant 2 week stay at Brendan’s lovely beach house at Elliott heads. This spot is paradise! House is so close to the beach and has everything you need. Super pet friendly too. We’ll definitely be back!

Pet friendly house at Elliott Heads
The house was very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed and more - air-conditioning, smart TV, internet, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, BBQ on the back deck, washing machine and dryer as well as many other kitchen appliances. We especially loved the comfortable beds. We were travelling with a small dog and really appreciated the dog door and fenced back yard. It was short walk to the beach. Thank you.
