The hotel is clean and well located, and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is extremely basic. It is definitely not a four-star hotel. The facilities are mediocre, and the rooms are very small. The bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the hotel does not live up to its advertised description.
Although parking is advertised, it consists of street parking that is difficult to access. If you’re unlucky, you may have nowhere to park your car.
I would not recommend staying here unless the price were significantly lower. It certainly does not meet four-star standards.

Located right next to old town and the stari most bridge. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helped with the luggage. Great breakfast option at a charge. We parked at the lot next door. Overall great place to stay if you are in Mostar.
