The outdoor living areas are exceptional, offering breathtaking views of verdant landscapes and the shimmering lake, setting the scene for relaxation and leisure. Enjoy the private infinity pool (seasonal), or unwind in the swim spa. Adventure awaits with kayaks and paddleboards ready for you to explore the lake, and a gas grill for delightful outdoor meals.



The elegance of Lake Anna Luxury extends indoors with a spacious open-plan living area, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a harmonious space for gathering and entertainment. The kitchen, equipped with marble countertops and premium appliances, invites culinary exploration, complemented by a plethora dining options both indoors and out.



Upstairs, a lofted living area with plush seating, a large 4K smart TV, and a kitchenette offers more space to relax. Each of the 7 bedrooms is a haven of comfort, featuring premium linens, stylish decor, private 4K smart TVs, and the comfort of central air-conditioning. The home is also equipped with a private washer/dryer, children’s amenities, beach gear, a Ping-Pong table, a Nintendo, 4 workstations, 10 Smart TVs, and high-speed internet, ensuring every need is met.



As the day closes, marvel at the sunset's vibrant display from our living room, a testament to the beauty and luxury that Lake Anna offers.



Enjoy our seasonal infinity pool from Memorial Day to early October. For a cozy swim, pool heating is available in May, September and October for an extra $100+tax/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival. (We do not heat the pool in the hot summer months.)



There is free parking available for 8 vehicles (No Parking or Driving on Grass), and an EV charger is available for your use.



In order to provide you with a comfortable home that's maintains an ideal temperature, we are unable to allow you to open the large garage doors.



Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Great for large groups!

All the bedrooms have a great view and most have their own bathroom which made it a great spot to host a large group. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to stay in for a weekend!

Lake Anna Luxury Lakefront vacation

Beautiful home with plenty of elbow room! Stunning views of the lake and we really enjoyed the pool, as well. Some of the tile around the pool was very loose and needs to be roped off or repaired for the next guests. Overall, a wonderful home and the pool really added to our overall positive experience.

Amazing property!

Beautiful and impressive house right on the water! Spectacular views, especially when the sun is setting. Very spacious inside. Added amenities are quite the bonus including a swim spa, pool and lots of outdoor areas. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

Friends at Lake Anna

Perfect location for friends to gather from PA, NC, and VA. Great central location and beautifully situated on the Lake. Plenty of space so that everyone could have their own bed and bath, and the common areas (inside and out) were comfortable and numerous. We took full advantage of the covered dock pavilion and outside spaces. Check in was very easy and the owner responded quickly. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Hope to return someday.

Beautiful house and pool!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with extended family, including 3 young kiddos. The house was huge and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the pool and the location on the lake. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside. Would recommend this house for families and look forward to visiting again.

Incredible House and Setting!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of 7 friends! I can’t say enough good things. The house is stunning, the pool was perfect, the lake access and view were amazing, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal. Truly a unique find that we hope to return to!

Family Fun Weekend!

This property is absolutely amazing!!! I love the indoor/outdoor spaces and open concept of this house. The property is spotless and had everything we needed to have a family fun weekend. The hose Dan is also amazing and answered all of my questions ahead of my rental. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for making our weekend one to remember!

Great time at the lake!

My extended family spent a week at Lake Anna Luxury and had a great time! We had 5 under 6, a 12 yo, and 10 adults. There was lots of space for playing and conversations. The pool and the beach were big hits with the kiddos. We used the kayaks provided at the property to explore the lake and were also able to bring our boat to explore even farther. We had a great week and loved the house!

Best vacation!

We just discovered our dream vacation home at Luxury Lake Anna house, this was our second visit in the last two months. This house is seriously “where luxury meets comfort” With each room being a master bedroom with a private shower. The host, Daniel, is super nice and responsive. The house is spotless, and the sunsets are simply spectacular and breathtaking. Kayaking and swimming are just a few steps away. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Perfect getaway!

My family and I had an AMAZING stay!! I cannot say enough good things about not just the property, location, and amenities, but the management staff as well. While we were there, there was a power outage: but no worries because then house had full generator power and we never lost it, A/C and all fully intact through the general outage! I had no idea it was equipped with generators and it was a huge, welcome surprise. Not only that, but the managers were super responsive even at midnight, sending us updates on the power outage restoration. Of course the privacy, location, and amazing pool were all perfect, we will absolutely be renting this again!

Family Reunion

This is the 2nd year we stayed at this gorgeous property. 4 days and 3 nights. We had a mix of young kids, teenagers and adults. Everyone was very happy w the home. We took the kayaks and paddleboards out- All very easy to do. The house is huge, clean, pool was fabulous and the VIEWS are PRICELESS. Watching the sunset is magical. We had an issue w the a/c in the house and they fixed it right away. Property managers are very responsive and accommodating. I have recommended this house to others as well and will be returning as apart of our family tradition.

Wonderful Lake Anna House

We recently rented this incredible Lake Anna house, joined by several other families, and it was nothing short of perfect. The house itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped to handle a large group without ever feeling crowded. Each family had their own space to retreat to, while the common areas were ideal for gathering, whether it was for meals, games, or just relaxing together. The outdoor space is what truly sets this property apart. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and kayaking and enjoying the lake, and the adults enjoyed the peaceful views from the pier and the swim spa. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making this a home. Every detail was taken care of, from the well-stocked kitchen to the living spaces, multiple balconies, outdoor bathroom and cozy living room with the Nintendo switch for the kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Great for families

House is exactly as pictured. There’s a bonus tv room with a pull out couch and its own bathroom that we didn’t discover until the end of our trip. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, which was well worth it. Also, the hot tub is massive. Overall great place to stay.
