"We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for our next stay in Avila. The hotel is in a beautiful location next to the cathedral. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We overlooked the cathedral square. The coffee machine in the room was lovely. There was plenty of storage. The walk in shower was lovely. The air-conditioning was was easy to adjust. Breakfast was excellent with a full range of hot, cold, savoury and sweet options. The reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were excellent. We were glad that we chose this hotel for our visit."

"Great hotel on the centre of town. Staff friendly. Parking seperate but adjacent to hotel, gate closed overnight. Restaurant not open Sunday evening.......just my luck! Plenty of other places in village but most closed in afternoon opening 7:30/8. Aircon in room which was welcome at end of June. Left early so can't comment on breakfast."
