"I know the shuttle service is the hotel itself, but I will say that the rude driver on Wednesday July 15th at 6pm not only ended up costing us $15 but also wasted an hour a a half of our time. He told us twice that we were supposed to take the Greenline which was incorrect and that he did not go to this Mercure location. After we wasted time waiting and waiting, we took the Greenline to the first stop and called an Uber to get to our hotel. Once we arrived at our hotel, there he was sitting in...
