- Have fun on the river with this ultimate vacation spot. Condo is a ground level unit that overlooks the Colorado River. Launch your boat and park your trailer ONSITE. Spend time at pool/spa that sits at the rivers edge, maybe cook up some BBQ with friends and family sitting around the picnic tables, float around the island, or maybe relax on the private beach. Later grab a water taxi onsite and enjoy a night of gambling or dancing at Laughlin casinos. There are barbecues down below by the beach. Please do not bring your own. It is against city code to have a barbecue on the balcony.
