"Overall, we loved our stay. It took 4 days until we could see Mt. Hood due to clouds. When it appeared it was spectacular!There were a few quirks like the door lock intermittently didn't open. Site managers helped within minutes. Luckily we had brought a wine bottle opener, it would be great to have one on site. The kitchen had everything we needed. The refrigerator is in rather rough shape, cracked plastic bins, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Overall we loved our stay!"

"Great place to stay! The only drawback for us was the scented plug-ins which bothered us. It was just too strong so we unplugged them during our stay. Very clean, nice backyard, lots of linens and blankets, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Thank you!"

"Great little cabin. Served our needs just fine. I'd make a larger note in the description that it doesn't have heat/AC. This didn't end up being an issue for us because we went during a mild season. The propane was out for the grill, also not a big deal because we could use the stove. Overall, the place was great for small children and we will definitely come back if we're in the area again!"

"This is a great, well-thought out little studio with a spacious bathroom. It had most everything we needed, and there were some nice, unexpected touches, like the cornhole game and the excellent tea selection -- even Bengal Spice, my favorite! Barb had a fire expertely built for us in the chimena -- one match was all it needed and we had a nice evening in the glider enjoying the flame. There's a big grassy area to play with dogs (including the Barb's sweet dog Stevie), and the trail on the propety was lovely, too, with some large, old-growth cedars along a small creek and many other native flora to enjoy: trillium, deer and sword fern, false soloman's seal, salal, vine maple, vanilla leaf, trailing blackberry, oxalis, and inside-out flower (I think -- we were there in late Aug, so all the spring plants were long past blooming and my plant ID ability is only so-so) were some that I noted. Barb works hard to make sure guests are taken care of and happy -- if there are any issues, she will attend to them right away. She is a solid host and a very nice person! "
