"The hotel was closing down. The staff was excellent! Made telephone calls for me and offered personal wifi. The hotel had no working wifi and the electric bill was paid only just before it started to get dark. I had no concerns, because the staff was EXCELLENT! The location is great for taking the train. The staff i cannot say enough about them. They made the stay acceptable. Without them i would certainly left."

Rooms are cleaned every day or whenever you need them cleaned. "Better than the photos. Beautiful lawned area with great variety of trees. Room very clean with air con, comfortable beds and huge shower room. Everyone so helpful. Liz the manager is very friendly and her chef and team excellent. Water, milk and tea provided on arrival. Fridge in room. We ate there every night. Good home cooked meals. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks at the bar. Breakfast menu great and cooked to order. Good security. We would return if ever in Bulawayo again."

"Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. "
