"Boulder Garden Hotel is the most beautifull hotel I have ever been to. It is located in the middle of a forest. Except for the rooms, everything is in the outside: the restaurant is located below a huge boulder, the swimming pool is in the middle of rocks. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good and relatively cheap (our dinner was 12 USD for two). The hotel is very small: there are only 5 or 6 rooms. So nearly all of it is there for you only. I recomend it very much. "

But, it is not that easy to get to, The road to the bungalow is largely unpaved and steep but, for us, that was all part of the attraction. Driving down Gaul Road looking for signage, a blue sign indicating where to turn suddenly appears. A cocunut just misses the car as we traverse the lane way only to see a railway line with a further sign beckoning us to cross and drive down a dirt track. Turning left we see gates which are opened after you press the button. We are greeted by a lady with frangipani leis and the manager. Walking down a track we are suddenly overwhelmed by spectacular ponds and a gorgeously designed entrance....
