Overall- no.

Overall, the hotel has great potential, but unfortunately, it is completely untapped. The hotel has two advantages: a large pool with an ocean view and all rooms offering ocean views—of course, the higher the floor, the better the view. And that’s where the positives end. There is no service at the hotel whatsoever. Rooms are not ready on time for check-in. Contrary to the descriptions, there is no bar at the hotel. The food is „so so”, and all three meals a day are almost the same. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. You have to provide your own drinks, snacks, and refreshments because there is no bar. There is mold on the walls. The hotel is also partially under renovation. Overall, I do not recommend it. For this price, you can find something better and in a much more interesting location.

Not worth the money!

We were disappointed since we had expected much better service since this is a 5 star hotel and we paid a lot for it. The facilities such as tenniscourt and fitness center was missing and the gym was a disaster - broken treadmill and rosty equipment. Also the last day we asked for AirPort transfer by taxi and they told us that they could not provide this. They told us to arrange it ourselves, or go to the nearest village! After a long discussion with the manager he agreed to fix a taxi to the AirPort. This is the least a 5-star hotel should have as a service! They also promised us take away breakfast since we were leaving early in the morning. They confirmed this several times but no breakfast was arranged for us so we were very hungry during our 2 hour ride to the AirPort. Wi-fi was very slow! The only could thing was clean rooms (although very uncomfortable beds) and the friendly staff in the restaurant.
