"I had a pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. Overall, the experience was good. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, which was definitely a plus point. The breakfast and dinner also offered a good variety of choices, and the food was generally enjoyable. The only area that I feel could be improved is the cleanliness of the public restroom, especially the restroom on the second floor. I noticed some unpleasant odour, which was slightly below my expectation for a five-star hotel. Other than that, everything else was good and I enjoyed my stay."

"It was great - right by the beach. Breakfast was okay - wasn’t the best but it was good. The range was very good - make sure you have the omelette and french toast! Room was good - air con was cold. The doors don’t close fully so had a few mosquitos. Would defo stay here again!"

"Great for travelers with kids. There is a water park at the hotel and some sea activities. Wanted a place to chill, and the cafes are far away from the hotel rooms and are very quiet at night. Room was very convenient, microwave fridge, so getting food back to room to eat is the way to go. Toilets are kinda old. Not easy to flush."
