The apartments are next to the beach which is very convenient. The pools are good and there are also water slides for the kids. My 1 room studio apartment was quite small but it was OK. However, the room was locked (can not be used) and the bed was placed in the living. The management should replace the bath towels with new ones.

Worst ever experience in this so call 3/4 star hot

Do avoid this hotel. Breakfast is nut and like you bought a bowl of noodle from outside stiore. Second day, the hotel ran out of breakfast foods even though we had paid for it and they just tell us to wait. We ended up eat our breakfast at outside the hotel local restoran. No housekeeping is provided and the internet speed is like a turtle speed . If you want high speed, you need to paid for it.!

Pertama kali sampai, dalam keadaan penat memandu, cuaca panas dan hati sedikit panas..terlalu banyak soalan yang perlu dijawab di entrance gate..Soalan yang sepatutnya ditanya dan dijawab semasa check in di kaunter lobby. Walaupun itu adalah sistem atau SOP hotel, tetapi memberikan perasaan kurang selesa kepada guest. Swimming pool tidak dapat digunakan sepenuhnya. Tiap kali nak guna swimming pool sebelah pagi, disuruh oleh pekerja hotel untuk naik atas alasan nak dibersihkan. pancuran air untuk permainan kanak kanak juga tidak dibuka. Hilang seronok. Kami datang dan bayar untuk guna semua kemudahan yang ada. Tak sama dengan iklan yang ditunjukkan. Plug suis atau power point dalam bilik juga tidak mencukupi. power point yang ada hanya untuk tv dan peti sejuk sahaja. Zaman sekarang kemudahan untuk guest menggunakan Handphone, laptop juga perlu diambil kira.. Pembaziran ruang yang ketara. Berbanding dengan hotel lain, walaupun bilik studio, hotel lain ada menyediakan set kerusi coffee table atau set sofa kecil. Kemudahan didalam bilik studio ini kelihatan lebih murah dari bilik homestay. Card access bermasalah. Kad pendua yang diberikan seolah-olah macam tak ada fungsi.. terpaksa guna kad pertama dahulu, baru boleh guna kad kedua.. Hahaha.. sistem yang menyusahkan. Siapalah yang buat sistem yang teramat kurang bijak ini. Menu makan sarapan pagi yang hampir sama setiap pagi. Kurang menarik.. nasib baik terpaksa makan sebab perut lapar dan layanan staf cafe yang ramah.

As a quiet place, pretty nice to stay but have to top up at RM 300 at hotel check in time in order to get 2 rooms at one place otherwise have to share with others according to the front desk person said. I was charged RM 30 at check out time for the towel for being dirty with sand when used at beach. Luckily , did not need to pay for the stain of bed sheet which was definitely not done by us as the stain spot area is under the mattress and who would notice that other than the house keeping employee but claimed from us. Absolutely disappointed.

Pool well maintained, cleanliness at its best tho it is festive season. anyhow, the room amenities need lotss of improvement. my case, room is provided with microwave, heater, tv and fridge (proper fridge-not mini one). however, only 2 plug available. one already connected to fridge, one for tv. we need to switch off tv to use microwave or heater! no table at all. for the price we paid, this is a disappointment.
