"The room was nice, clean, and spacious overall. The only issue is that, despite following the instructions posted on the wall for the water heater, the shower was still a bit cool. We may not have given it enough time to warm up, but that was the only issue we encountered. The location is very close to Hamdeok Beach (walking distance). There was parking in front of the storefront (which seemed closed the entire time we were there). It can fit 3 cars tightly. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The place felt like a dorm but clean and efficient. The bed was hard so prepare, not enough pillow. Used there canteen/eatery. Self serve breakfast items, pastry/toast/cereal/coffee/milk, these were free. You can purchase ramen on an honor system. Had real flatware and bowls and plates but you need to wash yourself. Coffee and tea was there 24hr. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants. I got free parking but they usually charge 15k a day. There was only 8 parking spots, so me and one other guy were the only ones using it."

The room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. I especially want to mention the gentlemen working in the parking area. They were incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful every time we needed assistance with the car. Their kindness and great service really stood out and made our stay even more pleasant. The location was also convenient for exploring Jeju, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. After spending the day sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Ramada City Jeju. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Jeju!"
