More than basic- not clean and do not recommend

The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep ...

This hotel was extremely difficult to work with and they do not value their patrons They changed the date I was supposed to stay then did not refund me or let me stay the night I booked
