"Giriş kat odasında kaldım. Pansiyon sahibi misafirperver. Konak bahçesi, mimarisi ve birçok antik eser büyüleyici. Eğer sıcak, samimi bir yer arıyorsanız tavsiye ederim. Giriş kat odasında kaldım için üst katta yürüyenlerin ayak sesleri çok tahat duyuluyor. Restorasyon yapılmış ama tavandaki ağaçlarda eskiler bırakılmış ve eski ağaç ev kokusu mevcut. Temizlikte sıkıntı yok. Bahçesi çok keyifli. Kahvaltılıklar güzeldi. Helvasını mutlaka tadın ve sokaktaki helvacı dükkanlarından yolluk satın alın...

"Personel güler yüzlüydü. Ama maalesef odalar yeterli temizlikte değildi. Banyo için havlu konulmuş, kim başkasının havlusunu kullanır ki? En azından kağıt havlu koyulabilirdi. Odaya terlik konulmuş, başkasının terliği nasıl giyilir? tek kullanımlık malzemeler olmalıydı. Sıcaklık için klima vardı ama çok yeterli değildi, bir soğuk üflüyordu, bir sıcak. Banyo maalesef yeteri kadar hijyenik değildi."

"Let’s just start by saying the hospitality at Pammukale Whiteheaven Suite Hotel is unmatched. The staff felt more like family and everything was wonderful starting with its prime location to the beautiful hotel decor and room accommodations to the lovely Turkish breakfast. "This hotel is average . I stayed here for 6 nights with my husband . We noticed a lot of refurbishments work being carried out in the hotel during our stay. This hotel has all the facilities including a fully equipped gym and spa. The main reception area , main pool and our room were stunning and excellent. However, a fair amount of repair and refurbishments are required in other areas . We especially loved the thermal pool, ( the local area is known for natural hot springs ) however, this...

"Seems like a family ran Business. The family is really really nice specially Husband and wife. The only thing I would say is this pictures of the hotel room and this pictures of the the bungalow can be misleading. All say don’t the two confused other than that really nice place to stay.."
