"The breakfast was unique it was typical for Asian patrons although they had enough choices for us and we did enjoy some of the Asian dishes. The location was good for late arrivals for dinner as there were several good restaurants nearby which we enjoyed and should have stuck to as we had difficulty finding a place off the area. The staff was pleasant and our room was ready soon after we arrived from our cruise."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. We normally ate breakfast in a city restaurant or market, but when we did have the hotel's buffet breakfast it was excellent with lots of choices. Having the dinner at Tenkai was one of the highlights of our trip. Our king city-view room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with memorable views of Seoul. Sunrise over Seoul perfection! The location was perfect for us because it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Seoul neighborhoods. The hotel sits atop a steep hill, and while there is a convenience store within walking distance, most guests will likely rely on taxis or the hotel's shuttle service to nearby subway stations. The shuttle was very convenient, although it does not operate 24 hours a day. My only minor criticism is that the lobby felt somewhat dark. Overall, an excellent stay that I would happily recommend."

"The hotel location was very convenient. It was clean, pretty well maintained. The staff were very helpful and were always available. The breakfast was very basic. The room and bathroom was very tiny. If you have luggage make sure you don’t pick the single room with bunk beds. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"The location was fantastic unlike I expected. I always stayed at Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport but Lotte City Hotel Guro is much better in terms of the eatery places and other facilities. The parking was also very convenient. I was surprised that there were so many foreigners because Guro is not the tourist place."
