Garden Place Hotel
Our experience at the Garden Place Hotel was awful. When we arrived at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, front desk staff had to check to see if our king room was ready. We were given room 233. Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center
Hotel is very old and way below the average of a Hyatt property, mattresses are not comfortable nor pillows. Rooms could use a little bit of maintenance.
