"The room I had was disgusting, pubic heart in the bathroom. The floors in the bathroom were filthy. The stove top looked like it had been cooked on boiled over and never cleaned. ALL the furniture hadn’t been dusted in I don’t know how long. There was dirt and like trash as if the room hadn’t been vacuumed or even deep cleaned. When I went to front desk I wasn’t accommodated to move rooms. I asked for cleaning supplies and towels and bedding, and I was given 2 towels in which the front desk dropped when he entered our room. A vacuum that didiny even work, and 3 bed covers. No sheets. No cleaning supplies. Had I been able to get into a mother hotel that night I would not have stayed there at all. Then when I spoke with the manager she wouldn’t even give me 1/2 of my money back! I’ll never stay there again. And I don’t recommend anyone else to either."

"The check-in and also the check-out were very fast and easy. I never had such an experience even in higher level hotels. The room was very clean and updated. Highly recommend this hotel. Very unpretentious and delivers much more for the value than expected."
