So, we went downstairs to report, but there was a long line at the front desk, which had one person manning it. ..."

"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. ..."
