"Located right off Main Street. Within easy walking distance to many Main Street attractions. Included nearby parking in well lit lot. Charlotte at the front desk was beyond helpful each day and the friendliest person on the property, though all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was very good. Recommend!"

"I checked out the three hot tubs while I was there. Two of the tubs had obviously not been maintained for a while. The water was cloudy and gave off a very unpleasant odor. The third tub was mostly empty of water. No soaking for me. The TV was somehow fixed at a certain volume, which I wanted to lower but could not. The mute button was also deactivated. Very frustrating!"

"Hotel did not offer what was originally described online. Elevator was not working properly. You had to call the front desk to be able to go downstairs. Which we found inconvenient. There were issues with the first room that we went into and we relocated to the room next-door."

"Was a good experience, however the renovations should have been detailed before buying the stay. The one a restaurant my son could go into was in the sportsbook now during renovations so he wasn’t able to go, which was not ideal. Also, and much less a “bad experience” as much something for note for future guests….. don’t play the slots there, they’re so tight you’d have to be extremely lucky to hit. Mr. Wu’s or going more into town is better return"

"The players club lady at Cadillac jacks is not very friendly, it was the first time I felt like I was back in Chicago and not in deadwood. The shower would occasionally get hot, for like 3 seconds then Back to cold. That was pretty rough. Probably should’ve also gotten a discounted rate given the construction that started at 8am and went all day/night right outside the window. Overall, is what it is but this was not a place I’d stay at again"
