"Very nice staff. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care. Shuttle was incredibly efficient. The hotel itself was so bad. Smelled, dirty, loud with people coming and going at all hours. Stayed there in a pinch and wouldn’t do again."

Only complaint was we scheduled the shuttle to the airport for 5 am on the night we arrived; also double-checked it the night before departure.
