This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is very good, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The breakfast has several options. Around the hotel, there are many restaurant and bistro options.

I only stayed at this property for an afternoon and a morning (as I had to change my accommodation for one night ahead of going to a different city), however I found it to be excellent! The room was spacious and clean, I utilized the pool area where I fully able to relax after a busy working week with some travels, and the staff were super friendly. Thank you Botique Suites team 🙂

Poor customer service, heating room system insuficient. Basic and not very fresh Breakfast ingridients. Overall it is a too expensive hotel. Not recomended

Amazing service from everyone. Big rooms, Great location. A lot of restaurants around around the hotel. It’s not in the most center, 10 min walk from there. but center enough. Great price. Worth the price. I recommend.

Generally a very nice place to stay. Good area with good restaurants and bars nearby. The room I was in could have done with a paint refresh, but it was a nice spacious and quite room. The rationing of toilet paper was an inconvenience, and no, I didn't have a problem !

Very relaxed and great location

I was impressed by the location and the quality of the hotel and rooms, especially for the cost. There are lots of bakeries and cafes in the vicinity and only a few minutes’ walk from Palermo Soho with bars and restaurants. The majority of the front desk staff were helpful. Very clean property and it was fine for us not to have room keeping every day (there’s an extra charge for that). I’d definitely come back if available in the future. I’d like if there was a breakfast offer

Alejandro was very helpful. It was my first time in Argentina and I felt like home. It's far from most attractions but with Uber you can go anywhere. I took the hop on and off bus and it was cool cuz you visit all the tourist spots. A lot of policeman in the area. I travel by myself and as a woman

Beautiful property - super clean, great location, super accessible to shops and restaurants, very safe area, very upscale as well. Property was super clean as was the room - very comfortable stay. We did have an issue with them saying the dog was too big but they never specified small dogs only - they allowed us to take the dog up anyway. They had a private pool on the balcony but unfortunately, it was not heated and it was a rainy cold night so we couldn’t use it if I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it. I thought it was a heated jacuzzi by the photos.

Staying at this hotel was like unwrapping an unexpected gift. I booked their largest room, discovering it was a stylish yet simple duplex loft. The space had a certain charm, even if the furnishings leaned more “utilitarian chic” than luxurious. But hey, for the price I paid, it felt like a win. Now, let’s talk about the shower: I measure a hotel’s worth by water pressure, and let me tell you, this one did *not* disappoint. A+ on that front. On the other hand, the bed had a firm personality—great if you like a little extra support, but maybe not ideal for those who prefer a cloud-like mattress. The towels? They’ve seen better days, but they got the job done. What truly elevates this hotel is its location. Nestled in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, the surrounding area is a treasure trove of culinary delights and buzzing coffee shops. If you’re a foodie, this neighbourhood is your playground.
