Micro apartment was clean but it had a pungent smell of cigarette smoke. The location is good, but for the size and zero amenities it's overcharged. I would never stay thete again and do not reccomend it unless the rate is bellow $75.00.

Property is well located in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately the communication with property management is very hit or miss. The description of amenities falls short as there is no tv and the internet is spotty at best. The apartment has a microwave, refrigerator and over/stove. The oven and stove did not work. Housekeeping is discribed as daily and linen changed every 3 days. This did not happen at all during my week stay. If these are not important then this place is a good fit.

Terrible experience! Never again

3 short days. Picked the hotel as it advertised heat, which didn’t work! Kitchen lights didn’t work. There is a peg board to hang jackets but only one peg was left. Microwave was advertised but missing, stove top didn’t work either. Not that there were any pans or utensils to use TV didn’t work, split/ac heater didn’t work either and the various thermostats on the wall didn’t do anything. The bath has 2 lights but one flickers so much as to be unusable…. We used the oven to get some heat. The wall next to the bed was covered in foot prints. The lamps next to the bed all are wonky and wobbly and lean over so they feel like they are going to fall over We travel a great deal and used to use Hotels.com all the time but I don’t know what the hell this was! The pits. It was so bad my wife and I just laughed about it. And internet which is know to be terrible in Buenos Aires was really poor here on WiFi to 45 minutes to complete a simple online form as the pages loaded so slowly or were slow too react Mold in the bath too

창문을 열면 벌레가 들어왔어요. 화장실 물때는 안지워져 있었고 샤워기 헤드를 이용하려면 많은 힘이 필요했습니다. 레인지는 있었지만 냄비 등의 도구는 없었고 요구했지만 묵묵부답이었습니다. 체크인을 하고 층수가 너무 낮아 고층으로 바꿔달라고 말했습니다. 사장님은 바꿔준다고 말과 문자도 해줬지만 다음날 방을 비워주지 않았습니다.

The staff here were so kind and helpful. They even let me check in a few hours before as room was available. The location is close to Santa Fe Avenue where you can find lots of shopping.

Very disappointing, I won't ever go back and I ll never recommend, wifi never works, the kitchen was disconnected from the wall previous my arrival WITHOUT NOTICE...I PAID FULL PRICE FOR A POOR SERVICE , THE FRONT door didn't lock properly. A disaster!

Nos tuvimos que ir del lugar por la pésima limpieza del lugar Lo peor que Hoteles.com no gestiono para que no nos cargaran la noche en el lugar, se limitó a decir que no se podía comunicar con el lugar , ellos son responsables porque publican fotos que nada tienen que ver con el lugar La heladera tenía moho, el baño también , la cocina no funcionaba , había olor feo , el wifi no funcionaba, nos tuvimos que ir a otro lugar y encima pagar una noche

Lage und Größe der Unterkunft sind super. An Nummer 1 zu erwähnen ist aber Ignacio, der Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation lief vorab schon super, er organisierte Flughafentransfer zu einem normalen Preis, was gleich bei Ankunft für Sicherheit sorgte. Ignacio gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps zum Sightseeing, Restaurants etc. und überließ und seine Subte-Card. Klasse Typ!

We are very happy with our stay at Soho Point Palermo. The guy in the reception went of of his way to help us with anything we asked, tips for restaurants, practical tips for PCR tests and information about travel to Uruguay. This is by far the best concierge service we have ever had and we have been traveling to more than 100 countries in the world.
