The space
You don't need to stay in center town to enjoy Buenos AIres. Most tourists stay around Av 9 de Julio and the Obelisco, but that is a very noisy area, and not a secure place for tourists on weekends. Buenos Aires has a large bus system running all over the city and the Greater Buenos Aires. It is very easy to get around.

The building and the apartment

We own the whole building with a total of four floors. On the first floor there are offices and is home of my design studio. This apartment is located on the second floor, along with a twin one opposite on the same floor, separated with a common and a small patio. The apartment has one bedroom with street view, a quality double bed with 4 pillows (two of them goose feather), flat TV and closet. The other room has a double futon, very comfortable, table, chairs, coffee table and a large closet with a your own refigerator. The kitchen is located on the entrance hall and is shared with a similar 1 Br apartment that faces opposite to this one. Has a stove, microwave and electric oven, and all the necesary cooking elements.
There is another 1br apartment with 1 bath and a full kitchen that sleeps 4 people on the top floor. This one has access to a very nice terrace with an argentine “parrilla”.
The maximun capacity of all our appartments combined at one time is 12 guests.
We have a large fridge with freezer located in the garage area for longer stay guests that need to store freezer foods. You can also leave bikes there.
Guest access
The wi-fi at the appartment is quite fast. You can watch movies or download files.
There is extra room in the garage to store bikes.

There is only one parking space availabe, so please check before yo make a reservation if it will be available for your dates
Other things to note
There is a mirror apartment on the same floor, so if your party is more than 4 people you can rent the whole floor consisting of 4 rooms that sleeps 8 people comfortably with 2 baths. Both appartments are independent, have their own kitchen and bathroom and can be rented separately. And each appartment has its own entrance door so they can be locked independently as well.
There is another 1br apartment with 1 bath and a full kitchen that sleeps 4 people on the top floor. This one has access to a very nice terrace with an argentine “parrilla”.
