It took two hours to check in, despite me Expedia messaging the hotel beforehand. I was stuck outside unable to get into the building, then I was given a room — but NOT the code for the room door. THEN I had to figure out the WhatsApp number to get the room code and building QR. (They forgot about the country code?!) I left for the afternoon, came back to a malfunctioning a/c … but the WhatsApp communication stopped at 5pm. I didn’t dare take a shower since the room was already steamy… miserable experience: nobody spoke English or seemed to be bothered enough to use google translate. The woman who opened the room spoke, fast, nonstop, in Portugese, and just left me (she never reappeared with any help).

La attenzione al cliente va bene, si comunica con whats app dopo le 5,ma cercano di risolvere i problemi che purtroppo però ci sono come la pulizia, sono arrivato e c'erano capelli per terra, nel bagno e un asciugamano sporco, mi cambiano di stanza, ancora peggio e ritorno nella prima.passo la notte su un letto misto mille e nn so cosa altro e il giorno dopo per fortuna puliscono la camera! Per altro è senza pretese, nella media, ottima davvero la posizione

No lo recomiendo, en la habitación donde me quede que es la 3 B , abrías la puerta y siempre olía a cigarrillo incluso la ropa me queda con ese olor todo el tiempo, no se porque pero siempre que entraba olía a cigarrillo, no recomiendo quedarse en esa habitación.

Anfitrião perfeito,cheguei antes do check-in e me recebeu super bem, me deixou ficar em outro quarto até o meu ficar pronto. A geladeira parou repentinamente e me trocaram rapidamente de quarto me passando para um melhor do que eu havia contratado. Local a 10 metros de uma Western Union e outras 3 a um quarteirão, 10 metros do carrefour express e mercado dia. Falta campo para dizer o quanto fiquei satisfeito com o local em todos os aspectos.

Um ótimo local para ficar em B. Aires.

O local é muito bacana! 2 quarteirões da Rua Flórida e 4 quarteirões da 9 de Julio (a avenida do Obelisco). Também muito perto da Av. Córdoba que é outra grande avenida (onde ficam os teatros).

La atencion un desastre, primero ya habiamos hablado con anticipacion para hacer el check out fuera de hora, nos pasaron el costo incluido con la extension. Cuestion que llegamos y Miguel (creo que es el dueño), nos subio el precio de la estadia con un verso del dolar que no supo explicar correctamente, supuestamente ademas el dolar turista esta para incentivar el turismo en Argentina, si te cobran mas caro no creo fomenten nada. El ultimo dia nos dijo que teniamos que habernos ido a las 10 am cuando ya habiamos extendido el check out, nos quiso cobrar nuevamente, nos opusimos mostrandole los mensajes. Al dia siguiente que nos atendio no nos reconocio, nos pregunto donde nos alojabamos cuando el nos hizo el ingreso al hotel... ademas trato a mi pareja de embarazada cuando no lo esta. No lo recomiendo para nada, un ventajero barbaro, y la atencion un desastre, las instalaciones medio pelo, nunca mas iria ni recomendaria a nadie.
