The staff was very nice and even managed to get us in a room early. While we waited for the room, we were able to store our luggage and explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable too!

The breakfast menu was filled with fresh and tasty options fresh coffees and freshly squeezed juices accompanied freshly baked breads and pastries. The air conditioning was refreshing and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay.. the location was great to see the city and enjoy the shopping of Florida st.

AC took adjustment but worked fine. Room was basic but clean. Bathroom had a great walk-in shower. Breakfast buffet was adequate with selection of fruit, cheese and ham. Scrambled eggs were available on request and made to order.

The entire staff was not only very friendly but provided us with excellent suggestions for places to visit as well as nearby eateries. Convenient/safe location and great breakfast! Clean room, front desk is very helpful. The hotel provided a free bottle of red wine, but water cost money. Wish it provides 2 bottles of water instead of wine:) because we are allergic to alcohols.

First I want to point out the staff was wonderful! 5 stars for them. Friendly, helpful, kind. The missing star is due to no drawers, only 4 hangers (staff provided more when asked) and the room was only kind of clean, there were long hairs on the floor from the previous person when we arrived to our room. Location is good to get around.

Great service and excellent location. Close to Recoleta end Puerto Madero . Easy access to many tourist attractions. Walkable and good options for dinner in a 2km radius. The only problem I had was a noisy night with a truck parked in front of my window being loaded after a party next door in the Military School. That was bad.

Good location. there is subways, buses and a tour bus stop all right around this hotel. It is located next to the Palacio Paz, and there are also a bunch of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was small, but not super uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, and after staying at a few other properties in Buenos Aires, this was the best hotel breakfast we encountered there.
