We stayed twice at this hotel and the second time the room was a lot much bigger than this time. You can walk to a lot of places around the hotel, you can find anything.

The room was a superior room and it was really big with a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But they only gave us one bottle of free drinking water and we were two in the room. We called and asked for an extra bottle and they wanted to charge it. I think water must be free at least one bottle per person per day.

We loved the location and the staff were very helpful. It’s unfortunate the maintenance has not been great. Toilet seats are broken (in the two rooms we stayed) and tubs have been repainted with epoxy , which is starting to peel off.

It’s a great place for a short stay. Very convenient location. The only issue is the maintenance (older hotel that needs quite a bit of repairs, including faucets and toilet seats that have been glued to fix rather than replaced). They have no power adapters. They told us to buy one if we needed it.

Quick one night stay before cruise
We flew in a day before our cruise and was able to check in early before noon. It has a restaurant and room service . Can’t complain! Great service

Excellent location, close to all the most important monuments, entrance to the sub and bus or off transport. They must correct the mattress and some damage in the bathroom

My reservation was for a superior room and I was extremely satisfied with how spacious and conf tables it was. View from room was excellent. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with dinning or shows recommendations. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast options since it was minimal.
