Post cruise adventure
Perfect location for our trip . We stayed there for a week after doing a 14 day cruise. We were within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see and public transportation was easy to use for longer trips we wanted to take . Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Great stop for exploring Buenos Aires.
We had a great time in the tastefully apartment. Very comfortable bed great layout with kitchen bathroom spacious room. All in walking distance to the centre and easy walk to the underground's. Easy to park your car next door to the building. We have enjoyed it so much that we have booked two bigger apartments with our children and grandchildren. All units are very tasteful decorated. We will come back after our travels trough Argentina. The service was great,doing our washing and helping for a baby sitter. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful.

Great people horrible place! Don't stay here!
The people working this Apart Hotel are amazing, but the place itself is horrible. Will not recommend it! The pillows looked like they were older than I was, the towels had holes in them and like that the rest of the place. Don't get fooled by the pictures.

apartment is well located, clean and comfortable, however staff are rarely around and speak little English so hard to communicate. Drains in apartment are v smelly and stove doesn't work very well, oven is v slow so making toast takes ages. Back room was very cold and damp in May. Is a perfectly fine place to stay but it looks better than it functions.

These apartments are in a great location, easy walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartments were simple but comfortable.

Lovely apartments
Lovely apartment rooms and excellent value. Spacious and well kept. Central location. No full time door attendant so beware late arrival. All-in-all a lovely place to stay and family owners very nice people.

El lugar esta muy bien, no es muy cómoda la cama del sillón pero si es un niño no le importa mucho. La limpieza ok, y la atención perfecta. Un elemento importante es que esta en el medio de 3 paradas de subtes diferentes y eso conecta muy fácil la movilidad.

오래된 싱크대인지 설겆이후 아래찬장에 물이 새있어 깜짝놀라 닦았고, 토욜날 변기레버작동이 되지않아서 전화했는데 불통, 정보제공이 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Los apartamentos están mu bien. Están muy bien situados y son muy amplios, son bastante cómodos. El primer día nos ubicaron en uno en la primera planta y había un ruido horrible como de una máquina que no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche. Hablamos con ellos y a partir del segundo día nos subieron a la cuarta planta, a un apartamento exterior que edtaba mucho mejor. Sin ruido y con wifi perfecto.

Quartier sécuritaire, superbe appartement
Nous avions un appartement avec une chambre et un salon. Le canapé lit était confortable et la literie de la chambre également. La cuisine était bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. La salle de bain était grande avec une belle douche (eau chaude). L'immeuble est bien sécurisé dès l'entrée avec une porte électrique. Le quartier est sécuritaire, on y trouve beaucoup de café, confiserie, restaurant, supermarché et proche de nombreux site touristique. Le personnel est à l'écoute, parle anglais, et facilement atteignable car une dame habite l'immeuble. De plus il y a un jardin d'hiver sur le toit, nous y sommes pas allé car le temps ne s'y prêtait pas.

O hotel está bem perto de varios pontos turisticos no centronda cidade. Porém, San Telmo tem algumas ruas com aspecto de becos. Portanto, não é um lugar em que se caminha com tranquilidade apos as 18 hs. É um prédio de apartamentos. Sem portaria. Sem serviço de limpeza.Estava em reforma quando fomos, o que deu um aspecto de sujeira. A pessoa que nos recepcionou na chegada, foi excelente. Simpática, prestativa profissional e entendia bem português. A cozinha foi uma vantagem. Utensilios em bom estado.

När man anländer måste man skriva under ett hyreskontrakt och betala 300 USD kontant som deposition.Hemskt dåligt wifi.Dålig tvbild. Utrustningen i kökslådorna minimal. Slöa verktyg. Trevlig personal.

Hotel bem centralizado com ótima localização.
O hotel é tipo apartamento, com sala, cozinha, quarto e banheiro bem no centro da cidade, próximo a metrô a demais ruas famosas. Os quartos estavam empoeirados e o aspecto das roupas de cama não estava satisfatório. Os eletrodomésticos estavam funcionando perfeitamente.

Hospedei com 3 amigos durante 4 dias, apartamento bonito e espaçoso, localização excelente. Serviço de trocas de toalhas e roupas de cama péssimo, nos foi avisado somente no dia que não haveria troca durante os 4 dias de estadia, péssima a situação de seguir 4 dias utilizando a mesma toalha e roupas de camas, esperava mais a respeito desta questão de higiene para com os hospedes(já que se torna inviavél viajar para outro com toalhas e roupas de cama na mala).

La estadía en el hotel fué muy buena. Tal vez el servicio de limpieza que es una vez por semana, resulta insuficiente, y deberían prever un recambio del servicio de toallas. Por lo demas en relación precio calidad, excelente. Volveremos!!!

Mi estancia fue muy satisfactoria!!
Mi estancia fue muy buena, las instalaciones son acogedoras, limpias con diseños boutique, la limpieza es buena pero la hacen semanalmente, la ubicación es excelente, esta en San Telmo por lo cual te queda cerca todo, me quedo muy contenta por la atención del personal y sobre todo de la comodidad del edificio y la habitación!!
