Great location and property!

This apartment is located within easy walking distance to many great restaurants in a great neighborhood. Javier was very helpful in getting us checked in, spent time with us to answer questions about the neighborhood and Buenos Aires in general. He provided a lot of suggestions for restaurants and other things to do in the neighborhood and beyond. He really went out of his way to help us feel welcome and treated us as if we'd been longtime friends. Javier did an amazing job of helping us make the best of our time in Buenos Aires.

Best location & great host!

I loved this location because many things are accessible only minutes away. It's near the Plaza Italia subway stop, D line, which was very convenient for getting around. If you're a runner, there are running routes nearby both short and long. Excellent communication from Gus, the host. He responded to all of my questions and was able to be flexible with my check-in time. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The other furnishings are basic and in need of an update, but everything is clean and functional.

We had a good time staying at the apartment. The location was convenient, close to many cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, however, the furniture was pretty beat up. Also the second bathroom shower fixtures were broken. Other than that everything was fine.

Fantastic location

Our group was four adults. We stayed here after 12 days in Patagonia. Excellent location. We were within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, convenient stores, etc. Building is secure and we felt safe. Apt was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very small

Good location in Palermo!

Overall, property was as advertised and well-located. Check in was not that simple as the host had to meet us (we had to message 3 different people before connecting with someone) and they were not able to meet us until 2hrs after the listed check in time. This resulted in us sitting around in the airport for over an hour before heading to the property so that we wouldn’t be standing in the street with our luggage. After 24hrs of travel just to get here, this additional delay was not we were hoping for with two young children.
