Everything about this hotel snd the experience there is amazing, it’s decor, it’s cleanliness, it’s absolutely pristine, it is immaculate with it’s cleanliness, it smells incredible, the decor in the lobby when you first walk in is very high-end and regal-there are large containers, filled with lemon ice water to welcome guests with. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and also multilingual, check-in went incredibly smooth, they were extremely accommodating and even offered to help with me confirming excursions I had booked, I’m not fluent in Spanish and was having trouble confirming, the gentleman working the desk called the Tour Group for me and confirmed all of my details for pick up… Which was incredibly nice and greatly appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious, well stocked, and the dining area in the restaurant is beautiful The rooms were in true form to the rest of the hotel, absolutely pristine- very modern, very elegant, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, it was a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. This is in a great area of the city, very high-end and close to all of the attractions, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience there, I know I will return to Argentina again in the future and will absolutely book my accommodations at this location again

The room was very clean and tidy, staff was awesome, specially German, the barman and waiter at night in the restaurant. The pool was too small for swimming and we came in summer, so water was too hot.

There was some problem with the elevators where it stopped and opened its doors at every floor when going down. I was on the 7th floor and needed to go down twice, so this was time-consuming and uncomfortable with multiple guests inside also waiting to reach the lobby, and other guests trying to enter the elevator (which was too full at each floor). In my room, the keycard holder next to the door was loose/not affixed to the wall. Even after I placed my keycard inside, I couldn't turn on the electricity in my room. I managed to shower/prepare for bed using my own flashlight, but I couldn't charge my phone or other devices during my stay. The room itself was about 2-star level. The common areas (reception, breakfast) looked fancier, around 3-star level. The staff and service were very good -- I was able to store my luggage with them after checkout, and I was also able to exchange USD for pesos at a favorable rate without needing to go to an exchange office.

Room was nice, but noise harassment by maids at the crack of dawn. Also, rude reception. Completely ignored me while looking on his computer endlessly. I asked to leave my bag for two hours since check out is 10;00 am. When I returned to fetch my bag I was handed a bill for the bag! No mention of baggage fee when I left the bag.
