The staff was helpful and nice. The property was basically a safe place to stay. The room with three twins was cramped and basic. It was clean but nothing fancy. The area was ok and not too far from some light shopping and cafes. We were there in May, their fall, so maybe there just wasn’t a lot going on in general but I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re on a shoestring budget and don’t mind basic accommodations

Tuve una mala experiencia , dejé mis maletas en la bodega del Loby y me robaron un anillo de oro valorado en mil dólares . Dentro de mi maleta yo tenía un bolsito pequeño y lo encontré abierto y de ahí me sacaron mi anillo , llamé al lugar y una mujer me trató mal regresé en persona para hablar con el gerente y me lo negaron y un señor que es pelón me negó a la persona encargada luego volví a regresar y encontré a la mujer y esta fue muy odiosa y tapando al señor pelón y al gerente . Nunca me dejaron hablar con el gerente quedando demostrado que el anillo se lo robaron ellos los empleados . No recomiendo este hotel para nada

Excelente localização para quem busca conhecer os principais pontos turísticos de Buenos Aires a pé, chuveiro bom e ótima cama. Café da manhã bom com ovos e queijos. Atenderam as nossas necessidades. Recomendo.

Excelente estadía, precio y ubicacion sin igual

La estadía fue genial, excelente ubicación todo esta muy cerca para ir caminando, muy buen desayuno, están remodelando algunas habitaciones pero eso no afecta el buen funcionamiento en general. El personal es muy amable en todo momento, con indicaciones claras y precisas.

Upon booking the reservation I was excited as I’m thinking the two rooms that were forced upon my family of 5 was connected. To my surprise it was NOT! We got two twin beds in both rooms. We only used one. We bundled together to enjoy our stay. Our trip was short so I didn’t want to pay expensive hotel for our 36hr layover. Around the area is so much to explore but due to the rain we didn’t get a chance to do much. Water pressure was great—-> very HOT water but that’s the way I like it! Breakfast was mainly pastries and since I’m not really a breakfast of eggs and pancake person it was enough for me. The rooms definitely needs updating however, it’s not a hostel environment. Shower had rust looking pipes. The towels could be washed better. It was all in all a different environment than I’ve ever experienced. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable to let us know where we could have gotten food from and taxi cabs. They also exchanged our USD at the hotel.

Excelente!

Fiquei apenas algumas horas durante a conexão do meu voo, mas o hotel foi ótimo. Cama boa, café da manha completo, recepção 24h solícita e fica perto do aeroporto Aeroparque, em torno de 30min de uber (considerando que não tem hotéis muito próximos ao aero, esse foi um excelente custo benefício).

La habitación era cómoda, con camas muy buenas y toallas también buenas… pero tenía un olor a caño constante… ni por que dejáramos el día entero las ventanas abiertas se iba. Por otro lado la opción de desayuno estuvo Ok, un café delicioso pero unos huevos incomibles. Lamentamos también que no tuvieran un detalle de hacer algún tipo de celebración sencilla para recibir el año nuevo con los huéspedes.
