Welcome to our excellent loft in the city!



With pure designer furniture, our loft is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and elegant stay. With capacity for 3 people, it has individual beds that can be converted into a double bed and a sofa bed. It also has a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals.



Air conditioning will keep you cool on hot days and the balcony is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and views of the city. Plus, high-speed internet will keep you connected throughout your stay.



The location is unbeatable, close to tourist attractions, restaurants and shops in the city.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.



The Neighborhood:

Belgrano is a residential and commercial neighborhood located in the north of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is known for its wide tree-lined avenues, beautiful parks and gardens, and for its historic buildings of French and colonial architecture. It offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as museums and art galleries, such as the Enrique Larreta Museum of Spanish Art and the Sarmiento Museum. It also has green spaces such as the City Park, the Barrancas de Belgrano Park and the Buenos Aires Botanical Garden, perfect for a picnic or a walk in nature.



Getting Around:
