Never pick this hotel

The hotel says that it's a 3 star hotel however it wasn't. The bedsheets were torn and very stain as the mattresswas old and sagging. The curtain rod was loose and the ceiling where it was placed was falling out. Floors were furty as well as the whole room a d the bathroom was in poor condition. This hotel is a 2 star at most so is over price for it's condition. We slept with our clothes. I will never stay there again or recommend it. Only the daytime bell boy was kind and helpful.

No lo recomiendo, ascensores viejos, uno sin luz interior, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el aire p calefaccionar no funciono, es todo muy viejo, nada de mantenimiento.. cosas simples dd reparar incluso sin gastar plata y no lo hacen..

Réservation en urgence suite à une annulation de vol. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le quartier. Hôtel vétuste. A notre arrivée les matelas étaient sur le trottoir. Personnel rustre et installations surannées.

El unico inconveniente fue q no contaba con desayuno para celiacos por lo q solo pude tomar un te apto q si encontre...me dijeron q debia avisar al reservarlo pero como lo hice por internet no tuve oportunidad de hacerlo aunque creo q hay una reglamentacion al respecto y no se cumple...en general bueno

La indeferencia con el cliente es grande

No respetaron la habitación que había contratado.Cuando contratamos, llamamos al hotel y el personal que nos atendió para chequear la reserva no nos dio información alguna, y al llegar a la noche al hotel nos dijeron que no había habitaciones, le hechó la culpa a expedía y luego asignaron una diferente a la contratada como de favor. No recomiendo mientras no cambien el trato con los clientes.La habitación asignada tenia un ruido infernal por el aire que no se podía manejar de la habitación.

El hotel esta muy birn situado y su localizacion es espectacular, pero la zona ppr ser de patrimonio historico y muy antigua ea un hotel muy sobrio y antiguo nada moderno,el adcensor es super antiguo y las habitaciones igual. Es un buen hotel para el valor que se paga por muchas opciones de localizacion que tiene. No tienen maquina para tarjetas de credito y solicitan siempre mejor cash. Gracias.

Hotel bueno en lineas generales, pero muy caluroso

La estadía fue grata, la atencion buena al igual que el desayuno y la habitación, pero la loza radiante que tenía no funcionaba correctamente y hacia muchisimo calor, pedimos si se podia bajar o apagar pero en vez de eso nos prendieron el aire acondionado porque no se podía ni respirar en la habitación y mucho menos dormir. Luego estaban ambas cosas prendidas, así que dormir fue bastabte incomodo ya que el aire acondicionado hacia muchisimo ruido, pero si lo apagabamos nos cocinabamos. En definitiva no tuvimos buen descanso. Y otra cosa fue la tv que era muy viejo y se veían muy mal la mayoria de los canales, esperaba un plasma o algo por el estilo. Y buena definicion de canales.

Hotel conveniente

La estadía me resulto super agradable, las personas que trabajan ahí son muy predispuestos y amables, todos. La habitación cómoda, la señora que se encargó de la limpieza de la misma, muy agradable. El desayuno rico y completo. Y como fuí en verano, el aire acondicionado fue fudamental. Todo muy bien.

Si tan solo no fuera por el aire acondicionado

Si bien ya habíamos leido que los aires acondicionados eran ruidosos, como íbamos a pasar el fin de semana largo del 1 de mayo no pensamos que lo íbamos a necesitar. Grave error. Habían prendido la loza radiante, el edificio tardaba más de 2 días en enfriarse a pesar de que la habían apagado.. no quedo otra que prender el aire acondicionado.. Nunca escuché un aire que haga tanto ruido. Hacia vibrar las ventanas.. las cuales no se podían abrir pq era el aire luz de todos los motores de los aires acondicionados y era peor el calor que entraba. Realmente fue sofocante. Muy poco importo la buena ubicación, el desayuno rico, la limpieza de la pieza y los buenos colchones..

Buen hotel cerca del centro.

Lugar bien ubicado y personal agradable. Las habitaciones son limpias. Ahora ahora, todo es muy antiguo. La t.v no funciona y A/A solo funciona si se solicita al conserje.
