The hotel was amazing, and the staff was super helpful and kind. The location is great, 50mts from Avenida Santa Fe and one block from 9 de Julio Avenue. Would definetely stay here again in future trips to Buenos Aires!

The room was good, the service was excellent. The staff were very courteous. However, the room should be provided with an iron box and a common microwave facility to accommodate the customers esp when the hotel is closed for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

The room was very clean and the daily cleaning service very good. We ate lunch and dinner once at the restaurant and it was very good, with good service. The reception staff was very friendly and arranged our reservation for a Tango Show in the city.

The hotel rooms are tired, the wifi doesn't work. The swimming pool is grossly overstated in the photos. The rooftop pool is quite tiny. There's a "hot tub" that doesn't seem very clean and an additional pool of water full of algae with no barrier to get into that "you shouldn't touch".
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. However, I stayed at three hotels in Buenos Aires, and this was not a great hotel when it comes to dollar value. There's much better options in this price range.

Our room was from the previous century and had thorn carpets, leaking taps, a musty smell, non-controllable air conditioning, and very slow escalators. However, the breakfast was okay, and the cleaning was good. The location is in the middle of the city and very accessible but very crowded. It seems like they have a few better rooms for advertisement purposes. This is not a four-star hotel as advertised.
