The location is amazing just steps away from the cemetery, a mall and MacDonald's. Out view was amazing facing the cemetery. Lots eateries around the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the fridge, shampoo was a plus. But the bed was very almost impossible to sleep on. You sank all the way down. I wanted to have the room cleaned and it required 24 hr advance notice and $25 dollar charge. It was cheaper to go buy loiter paper and a napkin roll. We never went in the pool because the it looked dirty. If the bed was comfortable, I would have given this stay a four star.

Lovely apart in my favourite area of Buenos Aires

It was the perfect accommodation and location for me in one of the nicest areas of central Buenos Aires, close to embassies, traditional old mansions, posh shops, parks. Lovely pool to refresh myself in a very hot day. Spacious studio apart with all the facilities and nice large double bed. My only problem was having a tub in the bathroom instead of a walk-in shower. But that is personal. Reception assistants were very friendly and helpful.

At least the room was clean when we arrived

A lumber delivery business starts with the forklift beeping non-stop at 7am, drunken by-passers until 2am both nights, and a homeless person's bed and belongings were torched at 1am on the 2nd night. We left four days early and have been trying to get a refund since, ut the only communications seems to be initiated by me for both Ayres and hotels.com.

The swimming pool was extremely dirty. You cannot use it. The hot tub next to the swimming pool was not working and very dirty. The patio around pool area was not clean. People use pool area for smoking. Most of people staying in this plaice for 1-6 month. We thought it was a hotel. If you arrived after 6 pm you will have a very hard time to check because the front desk is close. If you do not speak Spanish it will be a nightmare to check in.

The room is pretty clean. However,there was one occasioni saw a bug coming out from the toilet sink. I hope yhey could do something about that. Theres also a lot of noise outside the hotel from the people who are staying late from the bars nearby. The staff are friendly and pretty nice and courteous.

O lugar é muito bom, cheio de bares e restaurantes por perto e um shopping bem na frente. Mas os apartamentos precisam urgentemente de uma renovação. O piso remendado, papel de parede rasgado, limo no banheiro, alguns móveis em péssimas condições, luzes queimadas... Desistimos de usar a varanda do apartamento do meu irmão porque apenas uma lâmpada funcionava. Continua sendo confortável, mas está bem decadente.

Excelente localização! Proximo a diversos restaurantes, bares e cafés e também a estação de metrô Las Heras. Quarto muito amplo e completo. Ponto ruim apenas que não tem limpeza todos os dias e nem sempre tem alguém na recepção.
