Good location, clean, good value. Lack of personnel on property is a problem. Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK. Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.

The unit had multiple issues and the property manager neglected to correct the issues in hand. 1. The toilet was broken when we arrived. We notified him immediately. 2. The shower had no pressure when we areived. 3. In the morning the shower had no water coming out. Not able to shower or use the toilet. Contactes the manager incharge of the reservation He does not reply to the messages and in the morning I try to get a hold of him and he blocked my number. I found him at his office located on the 8th floor l, the house keeper told me where he hides. His answer to me was very plain and clear. He told me that I had already paid for my stayed, so basically his only concer was to collect the funds and not worried about customers consern regarding the room falling apart. Very rude behavior from property manager, very bad management They are on the business to fraude travelers and take their money is that simple. They need to reimburse my money thas the best they can do for not been responsible.

Localização ótima. Colchão de casal péssimo! São solícitos quando pedimos algo. Limpeza razoável. Chuveiro muito ruim, cai mais água fora do bamheiro do que na gente. Forno e sugar não funcionam.

El lugar es lindo, la ubicacion tambien, dos noches hubieron personas que pusieron la musica muy alta, no hay control de los ésto. Los artefactos electricos hay que verificar que funcionen, al igual que las luces. Igual estos inconvenientes los solucionaron rapidamente.

Excelente ubicación de la propiedad. Buena comunicación, se contactaron conmigo un día antes del check in y me escribieron varias veces para saber horario de llegada, muy atentos. Llegamos a las 15 y no había ya cochera disponible en el lugar pero nos dieron descuento para dejar el auto en una cochera a la vuelta del alojamiento. en cuanto a la habitación, camas confortables, cómodas, lugar limpio y bien equipado. A pesar de que no utilizamos ni la cocina ni lo electrodomésticos porque solo paramos una hs (por lo que no puedo opinar sobre su funcionamiento), las alacenas tenían olor a humedad que se sentía en la habitación. El baño DIMINUTO, incomodo y las canillas rotas y toallas manchadas con maquillaje.
