"There was no hot tub, as advertised. Pool was cold. Hair in bathroom, no soap, sheets were not changed, no breakfast just some weak coffee, No coffee machine or microwave in room, even though we upgraded from the original reservation and paid extra. EXTREMELY DISCOURAGING. Hotels.com should reimburse me, it was awful!"

"The grounds and customer service were incredible. The food was hit or miss at all the places. Even Mariela we went one night and it was fantastic and it was terrible the next. All in all I would come back anytime. Our room was great. It was very large and had everything we could ever need. Only cons are we felt a little isolated. It would help to have a store on the grounds open 24/7 wheee you can purchase snacks or whatever: "

"Stayed in the trailers and let me say it was an experience. False photos of the accommodations; the room was poorly maintained, we found old jewelry, uncovered totally unpainted/unfinished portions … the shower lacked any hot water and the front desk made excuses rather than solving the problem. The property itself seemed nice overall but the lack of care to facilities were apparent, stay at the trailers at your own risk!"
